Happy Easter!

I work Saturday nights at the hospital. I get home around 8AM Sunday morning then I shower and sleep until noon. After I wake up we eat and hurry out the door for one o'clock church. Trace takes care of Estelle while I sleep and he usually goes on a walk as we live in 540 square feet. This Easter Sunday we were surprised by our good friends and neighbors with an Easter egg hunt. Trace woke me up a little bit early as he had gotten a text clue. The clues led us around our building and over to their building where we found a jam packed Easter basket. Thanks Dalein and Bryant!

After church we had a potluck dinner at a park with friends from the ward. There was an Easter egg hunt after dinner for all the kids. We are turning into weather wimps over here in Hawaii as you can see I bundled the baby up for the picnic.

I usually do a scavenger Easter egg hunt for Trace, this year was no exception. I hid all the eggs after he left for his walk down in the car, the mailbox, the gym and library all while I was supposed to be sleeping. You can tell we are getting old though. The enticing of an Easter basket wasn't enough to get us up off the couch as we were both too tired on Sunday after church and the picnic. So he completed the hunt the next day.
