2 month Anniversary

Yesterday was our two month anniversary. I surprised Trace and took him to see "Il y a longtemps que je t'aime (I've loved you so long)" a French film at the Living Room Theaters. The movie was amazing, real character development and an actual ending unlike many French films. It's a fun theatre where you can order dinner and they will serve you during the movie. The movies are not usually main stream and each theatre only sits about thirty people. If there is a theatre near you like this I highly recommend it. http://www.livingroomtheaters.com/index.html

Afterwards we walked down Burnside to VooDoo Doughnuts- a Portland landmark. It's a hole in the wall that serves crazy doughnut concoctions. Trace got an oreo peanut butter and I got a cookies n' cream doughnut- both delectable. They serve a cream filled maple bar with cooked bacon on top. I've heard it's delicious, it's the next doughnut I'm going to get at VooDoo. I found out yesterday they do legal wedding ceremonies for $300- if I had only known 2 months earlier. If you ever come to Portland hit this place up, it's open 24 hours a day! http://voodoodoughnut.com/menu.php

what is the comment about the $300.00 legal wedding??? If I had known, we could have served donuts instead of wedding cake.

On your year anniversary I think you should get one donut of each kind....but then you might be too sick to celebrate?

I like your blog. love, MOM B.

Oh good we get to leave comments! Those donuts look awesome! It could be that it is fast sunday, but it looks like I can actually taste them!
